Required reading for all (especially Congressman Murphy): Declaration of Independence, US Constitution, and the Heritage Foundation 2010 Budget Chart Book.

Although reconciliation may be Constitutional, it’s just plain wrong to stretch “rules” made by the House and Sentate so far.  Clearly, our founders had more ethical behavior in mind.   “Scheme and Deem”  is,in my opinion,  un-Constitutional.  Article 1, Section 7 of the Constitution says:

Every Bill which have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it becomes a Law, be presented to the President of the United States…

Our representatives are clearly out of control.  Please stay vigilant in holding them accountable for their actions!
